Site-links is one of the important factor for any webmaster or blogger because having site links implies his/her blog or website is considered authoritative by google today when i typed my blog name in google i was surprised to see that my website had a sitelinks on google search i was surprised and at the same time was very happy because not all website and blogs have sitelinks only authoritative websites get the sitelinks automatically enabled by google see below pic
according to google sitelinks help users to navigate our website and they are basically created automatically by google algorithm and these cannot be purchased or requested to google, if google thinks if you have quality information and links it will automatically get generated.
Though there are lots of debate whether having sitelinks for a website is considered to be authoritative but one thing for sure its very hard to get the sitelinks for any website and i am glad atleast i got after 3 years of blogging
Some of the important tips to get sitelink soon:
1. Try to get more organic traffic
2. More the back links more google think your site is important
3. Quality content, content should always be useful and original
4. Search engine Optimization is very important
5. Internal linking will help in bringing more page-views.
6. The website should be very old with good back links.
Now that i got sitelinks for my website i have to see how to modify it to categories instead of links if you guys have any tips do share with us.
