how to QR barcode contact info vcard or business card ?

QR code aka Quick response a two dimensional matrix barcode which is readable by QR barcode readers or any device with camera and QR reader, recently when i bought my android phone LG optumus one i downloaded the barcode scanner which had the ability to scan QR codes, and today morning i saw QR code in newspaper and found interesting when i scanned it with my mobile phone it was the address of TATA automobile dealer with phone number, address, website etc etc, it was actually a vcard/Business card.

Now one thing came to my mind why can't i QR code my Vcard/Business card and use it in my blogs and visiting cards ain't that will be cool? so when i searched for QR generators i found there are tons of webportals offering it has the free service, whats more you can create QR code for various purpose below are few of them
