Blogging a powerful business tool in recent times?

Blog ging has seen a exponential growth from being a toddler to a highly matured entity during this decade it was a time when blogging was just a daily rants or venting ideas of normal souls as the years passed by it has become one of the powerful tool in the corporate world, yes you heard it right 'Blogs' has become so popular that there are more blogs than regular website and businesses are finding it has a powerful tool to communicate effectively with their clients and customers thus the evolution of "Corporate Blogs" in the recent years because blogs offer a interactive communication between business and its clients.

Corporates are finding blogs as a powerful communication medium now almost all the corporates incorporate to kinds of blogging internal and external blogs...

Internal Blogs:
it was a time when corporation was circulating a emails or memos to convey important announcements now with the latest trends of blogging corporate are doing these things via blog and also taking feedback from its employees and even employees are presenting their business ideas and models via blogs where management and fellow peers can comment on it and blogs has become a powerful communication medium inside the organization.

External Blogs:
External blogs of a corporation are similar to the internal blogs but it is used as a communication channel between organization and with the entities who are indirectly related to the company such as stake holders, consumers, business clients etc. corporates already started to announce products before hand on blog and collecting the feedback from the clients and making products accordingly to match the taste of the end-users and much more.

So is blog just a interactive tool for a business to reach its clients and associate?
Its not just a interactive tool! its a simple magic composition which all business needs a single magic word called "TRAFFIC" more traffic means more people and more business opportunity, its a holy grail or mantra for any business to grow and flourish without it no matter how good your business and product is its worth nothing.

When i started blogging i did not had anything in mind, it saw it just a platform where i can vent my ideas, preserve some sample code and share with people and do away with my daily rants but as the traffic to my webblog started to increase slowly i am really seeing a business potential in it, its not just a way of monetizing through advertisements but using it has a powerful tool to improve my future business or product.

recently i have seen many techies like me who is using their good traffic blogs to market their hobby projects and whats more even getting feedback and improving it and thus converting it into a suite slowly.
