youtube videos loses buffer during full screen & restart again

solution for video re-buffer during full screen! recently i was facing a weird issue while watching youtube videos i always buffer 20% of video before watching so that i don't want to see a pause in between during watching though this was working fine, from past couple of months when ever i make you-tube video to full screen it automatically loses entire video buffered and start to buffer again from that point of time, last time after buffering 90min video when i re sized it i was furious to see that entire buffer was lost, this is really annoying if you have less than 1mbps connection and that too you are residing in india...

though i thought it was due to the bug in adobe flash, after doing some research i came to know that it was due to new default settings in youtube which automatically changes video resolution streamed when you resize, so if your dsl is slow its better to change the settings so that this problem never occurs.

to fix this issue login to youtube and go to settings from right corner of the portal and select account as shown in below pic

now click on "Playback setup" on left corner and select "I have a slow connection. Never play higher-quality video." save changes

now you are done the video re buffering problem during full screen never happens i wonder why youtube made this option enabled by default???
