government, free thinkers, environmentalists and govt transport corporations all ask people to use public transport but how effective are services provided by these govt transport corporation??? recently when i tried to book a ticket online all i got was "Server is busy. Please try after sometime...sorry for the inconvenience" from past 3days whenever i tried to book the 
ticket online, server is always busy...
even i went to BangaloreOne to book the ticket twice the transaction was failing at the very last step without generating the ticket and the agent said that this is happening from almost beginning and happens most of the time, i even went to the local bus station to reserve the ticket early morning there was a huge queue which was not at all moving when i went near counter the answer was simple "Sir server is down please come after sometime" :( i was so frustrated at that movement i thought it is better idea to cancel a return tickets and take my CAR instead of this public transport.
Though i agree public transports are Cheaper, Safer service it is not becoming popular because of this kind of little ignorance shown by transport corporations, if the booking system and few other things are improved even higher class and higher middle class people wont hesitate to use the public transport.
So if any of the concerned Govt officer or admin in KSRTC reading this please upgrade your servers, when private guys such as redbus.in and makemytrip.com are doing this without a glitch all over india, is that so hard to provide a reliable service only within karnataka???

Thats the problem with govt work, everywhere problem:)
Once Iw ent to tirupathi with AP govt tour, and they took us to govt restaurant.it was filthy, unhygienic and without any stockof food even. When I asked the tour operator for a complaint book, he said that so many people before you have said the same thing to no results..typical govt. apathy!!
