Fraud SMS Messages Scam Trapping Innocents : Nigerian 419 Scams

Did you received a SMS on your mobile phone something like this "the common wealth games promo cwg " from TD-CWG2010 or any other address claiming that you have won of £500,000 GBP etc and ask you to send your personal information via email or call some international telephone numbers? then never ever entertain these kind of SMS, these are pure fraudent scams try to loot your hard earned money sometimes these international numbers are high rated calls billing upto 500rs a minute.

I have been receving these kind of SMS from early 2005 and my first encounter with these kinda scam happened in 2004 when i recived a mail claiming that i have won 5 million US dollars at that time i was so convinced about that email i thought it was real and followed up with email and even got a call from them asking to pay few hundered dollars as a processing fee to release the amount which then i realized it has the fraud, so who the heck in this world will pay such a huge fortune for free even without participating in anything?

What made me write this post is one of my friend who is bit undereducated came running to me and said that he had won a large amount showing the SMS, finally to his horror i busted the bubble. what happens if you send a mail to them? they follow up sending a email which is something like below
