Ford Figo vs Indigo Manza which to buy ? features, price and confusion

I decided to buy a car almost 1 year ago at that time i rounded to two cars one is TATA indica vista and maruti swift dzire but for some reason i postponed to buy new car and continue using our old car M800 but now things has changed with the advent of new cars in Indian market in last 6 months i again made a lot of R&D to buy a new car based on Budget, features and looks and after long scrutinizing i rounded to three cars Ford Figo, Huyndai i20, and tata Manza though Manza is a different segment car i included it because of its unbelievable price tag, and now two cars are in my mind TATA Manza and Ford Figo though my heart says go for Manza i fear to go for TATA cars because of its ill reputation in small segment cars but when i see the review on the net majority of it on Manza was Positive below are the comparison derived from gaadi.com

Figo is Fiesta without a boot. I'd prefer Figo overall. Check the review at my blog

Do not go for Manza. Its a waste of money though we might hear reviews saying that its Value for Money.(VFM) I bought Manza on 1-Apr-2010. As of today its down time is around 15 days for repairs like ODO meter not working , music system is not working and its pulling towards left while driving

Figo is better than Tata if you see the value because Manza still carry the tag "indigo". Yes resale value for figo would be less but if you compare the price of buying is also less by atleast 75k so that difference will be there anyway. If you enter both the cars and see the interior, you will find the difference on your own. Ford has better designs/feel.
