fake work experience for few hundred bucks ?

recently i came across a person who joined renowned MNC using fake experience letter/certificate from a bogus company paying only few hundred dollars with a nice salary package, for a moment i was stunned and started thinking having a same level of genuine experience and working on prestigious mobile development platform i am getting very much less than him, so one question started buzzing in my mind where do i stand in-front of him? with a little amount of risk he jump started his career with a nice leap though i agree he took great risk was the risk worth taking what happens in the long run if he is caught?

I know many youngsters today who are jobless for a long time with frustration end up taking such a risk of faking work experience i still think its not a good idea to fake experience many people who are jobless argue saying "Is it wrong to steal a loaf of bread if whole family is starving"? a excuse always given by incompetent persons, so whats correct and whats wrong depends on the person and the scenario he or she is in.

now Coming to that bogus company, it is actually a registered institute with some good funky techie name and the racket works so well and organized first you have to pay some upfront amount out of the total deal they give you:

1) Offer or appointment Letter
2) Salary Slip
3) Corporate Employee ID
4) Corporate Email ID
5) Releving Letter(After full payment)

everything looks so professional that no one can say its a bogus  because letter head and company envelope and everything are professionally designed and even website of the bogus company looks so professional with some dummy software products, once the person gets a offer letter in the company they have to give the full pending amount to the bogus company to get the relieving letter what ever it is a i think many BIG MNC never does a ground work before recruiting the new exp employee because a simple googling can reveal whether it is a real or fake company.

though most of the people who tries with fake experience endup as idiots in front of interviewer but some get through some how but they face real problem when they try to implement a real world problem with little or no training so guys what do you think do you stand by fakers or think faking will again snatch the job of young graduates?

If Life foundation is weak like this (forgery),
how can one expect job satisfaction and be sincere towards his work?

Yes... absolutely correct... when the foundation itself is weak, how can they tackle with the real time problems?

Managers may think that they are perfect in dealing with such issues and assign them the task. The so called 'experienced professional' will try to do it by googling or by non-standard ways, resulting a product without standards. His inefficiency will appear as a bug in the end product.

Seems thinking so deeply right? But this is happening with most of the companies.

Thanks for a useful post!
