Micro air vehicles (MAV's) future compact, stealth and lethal drone

recently i came across this interesting video about the united states air force developing a new kind of Micro Air Vehicles to spy track and disable the suspects with minimum damage and these Micro drones or bots are said to be best for the use in spying the enemy territory with less susceptibility and more stealthily see the below video on details of its application



and what if other than Americans capture one of these bots?s ain't they reverse engineer it, where Americans tried to invest millions of dollars on its inventions?
