how to choose content for blogging? recently many of my friends started asking why most of my posts are technical though i started blogging for several reason i did not restrict myself anytime 
on what to blog about and what not to!!! and my blog is always centered around my personal interests and experience of day to day life which i like to share with others.
Though i write everything that interests me from technology, mystery, conspiracy and weird facts some times i fear whether this would leave my blog theme less drive away readers who are the main entities to share the thought and whole idea of what blogging is about.
But one question which is baffling me is if the blog is centered around a theme or particular topic wouldn't it be a website than a personal blog? this is the point i always argue with few of my friends(bloggers) but they never agree with me and they always rant it to be on-topic or specific theme what ever it is i like it to be this way(my way) and let see how it goes.
so whats your idea of blogging should it be centered around particular theme or it should be a platform to express personal interests and to share knowledge?

now a days there is no much difference between website and web blog
As long as the information is useful anything is acceptable
ya man blog is our way of venting, why the friggin care about what others think?
web + log = blog so we can weblog anything :)
I agree with shruti...it could be on anything.
well same is with me.....i mean i don't have a blog theme....and i ramble or write, if you say, about anything.......but then when people ask me to categorize my blog.....then i think and tell them.....it's a personal blog.......and we can write about anything .........
