how to find lost friends? i bet chances are really high!!! I would have said its very difficult if you had asked this question 4 or 5 years back, now its better to ask "is it difficult to find a lost friend in social networking site", i was getting lot of mails about the origin of orkut saying "it was developed by Büyükkökten, to find his lost friend" i don't know how much it is true in his case, but it was very much true in my case i found loads of friends who i lost contact after my high school But real reason for writing this post his i found one of my friend after 17 LONG years? don't believe it? here's my story..
We were a bunch of last bencher's used to spend loads of time having fun, teasing front row kids, shooting paper rockets suddenly on of my buddies father got transferred to another city and he had to leave our school in second grade it was summer of 1989 and things rolled on, one day in 2006 at My Work(there is no restriction on internet access in my company ;)) I was orkutting in lunch time, i remembered my old buddy and thought of whether i could search him on orkut as his name was unique, then without a thought i entered his name in Orkut search there was a result with 7 people and I left a scrap for every one whether he was my friend who studied in my school see below pic
Bingo i got the reply which i did not expected see the pic below
and weirdest of all is when he came back to Bangalore again he settled in same street where i live and truly Orkut helped me in finding one of my good old buddy, so if you guys want to find a lost friend don't forget to search on one of these four sites myspace, orkut, facebook and linkedin and some forums... so guys if you had also found lost friends like me do share your experience here

You people are lucky...I never get any friend of mine on orkut or face book:(
