You need to let endusers know that HTC Sync does not sync Outlook Contacts Notes data properly. It will only send a few lines of text even if there is two paragraphs of text. All other smartphone OS's manage to handle this properly except Android. I was using HTC Sync and a Sprint HERO and lost all of my customer data in Outlook Contacts Notes because HTC Sync erased it from my PC when performing a subsequent sync after the initial one. If you use Outlook Contacts and Calender stay far away from Android until they get this fixed. If you have any contacts at HTC or Google please let them know about this major problem with their platform! They won't fix it unless they know there is a problem.

What is Verizon offering, if anything, for the droid?

Verizon sucks. They offer nothing but additional billing such as $3 a month for visual voice mail and ticky tack charges for everything.

This program is crap. It does not work locally on a outlook installation. when searching for any better way, I finally found this post. Made me so angry, how this product is presented, I had to write a comment.
