With rising mobile users in India numbers with series 9 already got exhausted recently one of my friend took a Docomo mobile connection because of awesome tariff plan of 95rs unlimited GPRS, he mainly took it for browsing net on his mobile when he gave his number i was surprised to see it was starting from series '8' 805********.
and i was really surprised that most of the telecom operators has not yet really upgraded the series when i called to his number it was reaching the voice mail saying that the number doesn't exist but adding "+91" with the city code "80" (Bangalore) did the trick i was able to call the number.
I was really sad to see the lack of communication within the operators of not to updating the series in their network and was really angry on TATA DOCOMMO for releasing the number without prior layman tests creating confusion among its user base any way i hope this problem probably will get fixed soon.
below is the new upcoming expected series and circles
