do you prefer male boss vs female boss? Recently i read a interesting press release of onepoll.com about there recent studies that women indeed liked Male bosses study revealed that two thirds of women employees prefer working with male bosses because they are better managers and less prone to moods having a man in charge is 'more authoritative' and 'more straight-talking' than their female counterparts the study was conducted on 2000 full time and partime employment women, I guess all the women out there might be thinking whether there is any invisible hand of men in this poll result.
Any way i am also starting my own poll here, ladies and gentlemen i promise i don't alter the result :) please caste your vote whom do you prefer the most.

Funny... you may not alter the results. How about some unknown male/female hand behind you who could be modifying the results?
It really doesn't matter whom you work under as long as there is a healthy mutual understanding that is required in the workplace.
