Google's android (htc magic) is one of the most awaited phone it was released in india almost 2 months ago by bharathi airtel and the best part is these phones are unlocked and can be used with any service provider and its no way tied to airtel except Airtel is just a distribution medium and i bet Google's android will be a tough competitior for Windows, symbian and iPhone.
The real reason for writing this post is i work for a mobile development company and i started working on android from last 3 months before i was working on windows mobile, I have a hands on experience google android believe me this is one awesome piece of gadget that is worth having, the user experience on google android is quite terrific i liked the touch response of the android and i am sure it can beat symbian and windows mobile in no time, and though iPhone have little competitive edge i guess android can beat iPhone because of open source and loads of free goodies available compared to iPhone where the market place is stricltly controlled by apple unlike google where anyone can develop the software and distribute it for free.
