I was recently looking for .flv cutter, .flv joiner and edit some flv video clips which i downloaded recently and i came across this tool called RichFLV which is a free ware that fulfilled all my basic cutting and joining requirement.
RichFlv is a based on Adobe Air tool which can manipulate .flv video files it can perform number of other operations such as exporting audio as flv or mp3 and can extract the image from the videos, can also convert to swf format and much more.
This tool is easy to use and can be used by average enduser who knows basic computer overall it is a simple tool for basic operations on flv files
