Ever imagined how much part of your town will be destroyed and fused if Nuclear bomb, asteroid or any other WMD hit your country ? There are tools for measuring height, length, area, temperature volume etc but recently i came across interesting online tool called Ground zero(carloslabs) which shows how much area get fused if Nuclear or any kind of weapon is unleashed on your city and interestingly this web portal uses google maps so that you can find your home and test for various worst case scenarios and different types of WMD to choose from and Oh Boy!!! tsar bomba is ain't no joke and Asteroid will pickup the whole continent :) far powerful than any weapon on earth see the below snapshot i nuked Antarctica with tsar bomba because causalities are less there.
and there is similar type of WMD disaster measurement webportal which too uses Google Maps called MEYERWEB and this gives better and good view but here inputs are different and there is no luxury of picking up of weapon of choice everything you have to calculate
